Sunmaloo Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") is committed to protecting the information assets entrusted to us by our customers, as well as our own information assets, from threats such as accidents, disasters, and criminal activity. In order to meet the trust placed in us by our customers and society, we address information security on a company-wide basis in accordance with the following policy.

当社は、情報セキュリティの維持及び改善のために組織を設置し、情報セキュリティ対策を社内の正式な規則として定めます。
The Company establishes an organisational structure dedicated to maintaining and improving information security, and formalises information security measures as official internal rules.
3. 従業員の取組み 3. Employee Commitment
当社の従業員は、情報セキュリティのために必要とされる知識、技術を習得し、情報セキュリティへの取り組みを確かなものにします。
All employees of the Company acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and ensure that our commitment to information security is solid and effective.
4. 法令及び契約上の要求事項の遵守 4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
当社は、情報セキュリティに関わる法令、規制、規範、契約上の義務を遵守するとともに、お客様の期待に応えます。
The Company complies with all laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, and strives to meet the expectations of our customers.
5. 違反及び事故への対応 5. Response to Violations and Incidents
当社は、情報セキュリティに関わる法令違反、契約違反及び事故が発生した場合には適切に対処し、再発防止に努めます。
In the event of a violation of laws or contracts, or any security incident related to information security, the Company will respond appropriately and work to prevent recurrence.
